In 2025, the Dutch government launched the national campaign ‘Man, Speak Up!’. The campaign encourages men to speak up when they see or hear sexually inappropriate behaviour, such as offensive jokes or comments, and to do so in an approachable way within their own social circles — among friends, at work or in sports.
The videos on this page were created by the City of Amsterdam as a local adaptation of the Dutch government’s national campaign. The two video’s were shown as prerolls in the Amsterdam cinema’s.
